Grays Harbor Health & Rehabilitation is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (NACs) for our Full-Time Evening and NOC shifts! We recently increased our wages and obtained new management!
Starting pay is between $15.50 and $17.20 per hour dependent on years of experience, plus $2.00/hour shift differential!

Our Skilled Nursing Facility offers three units: dementia, long-term care, and Medicare – totaling 83 beds when at full capacity! We recently obtained new management who have been fantastic at growing the teamwork in the facility, with valuing feedback and continuously improving our standard of care. Many of our staff have been with us for many years – it truly is like a family.
